Key Findings

Key Findings: Results showed that several healthy foods like olive oil, fish, nuts, and legumes were inversely associated with risk of depression and may improve symptoms. On the contrary, high intakes of fried foods, sugar sweetened beverages, and processed meats may increase depression risk.
