Flourless Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

E2 each of bananas
E1 cup of creamy peanut butter
E2 each of eggs
E1/2 tsp of baking powder
E1 cup of blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease muffin pan.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine bananas, peanut butter, eggs, and baking powder and blend until smooth. Fold in blueberries by hand.
  3. Pour mixture into muffin tin. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Store in an airtight container for 3 days.
