Strawberry Peanut Crisp

Ingredients

Filling

E5 cups of strawberries, quartered
E3 tbsp of cornstarch
E1/3 cup of sugar

Topping

E1 1/2 cup of peanuts
E1 1/2 cup of rolled oats
E1/3 cup of brown sugar
E1/2 tsp of cinnamon
E1/2 cup of butter, cold
E2 tbsp of flour, gluten free

Instructions

    Filling

    1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a 7x10 baking dish.

    Topping

    1. Mix all of the ingredients together with a fork and add on top of the strawberries.
    2. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
