Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bread

Ingredients
Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bread
1.5 cup of self-rising flour
2 cups of vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 + 2 cup + TB of chopped peanuts, divided
2 Tb of creamy peanut butter
2 Tb of butter
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly coat a loaf pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Combine flour, ice cream and ½ cup chopped peanuts and mix until combined.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before icing.
- For the icing, whisk together peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Spread over the top of the loaf and sprinkle 2 TB chopped peanuts over the top.
