Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bread

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bread

E1.5 cup of self-rising flour
E2 cups of vanilla ice cream, softened
E1/2 + 2 cup + TB of chopped peanuts, divided
E2 Tb of creamy peanut butter
E2 Tb of butter
E1/2 cup of powdered sugar
E1 tsp of vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly coat a loaf pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
  3. Combine flour, ice cream and ½ cup chopped peanuts and mix until combined.
  4. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool before icing.
  6. For the icing, whisk together peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
  7. Spread over the top of the loaf and sprinkle 2 TB chopped peanuts over the top.
