Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

This Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie is loaded with blueberries, bananas and peanut butter all layered in a jar with vanilla yogurt and topped with peanuts and peanut butter!

Ingredients

E1 cup of frozen blueberries or raspberries
E1 each of large banana
E1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower, optional
E2 tbsp of peanut butter
E1 cup of milk
E2 tbsp of peanut butter powder, or ground flax, optional
E1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
E1 tbsp of peanut butter, natural or heated, for drizzling
E1 tbsp of chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Blend together the frozen blueberries, banana, cauliflower, peanut butter, milk and optional: peanut powder or flax until very smooth.
  2. In a glass or jar, layer smoothie with vanilla yogurt.
  3. Top with peanut butter and chopped peanuts. Enjoy right away.
