Ingredients

Protein Balls

E1 cup of chunky peanut butter
E1 TB of vanilla
E1/4 cup of honey
E2 cups of quick oats
E2 TB of ground flax seed
E1/2 cup of shredded coconut
E1/8 tsp of iodized salt
E1/4 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Using a standing mixer, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Form dough into 1 oz.
  3. portions and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
  4. For additional sweetness, add ½ cup dried chopped cranberries.
  5. Collagen powder (20g) may be substituted for ground flax seed if desired.

1 serving = 1 oz portion

With the addition of dried cranberries:
