Ingredients
Protein Balls
1 cup of chunky peanut butter
1 TB of vanilla
1/4 cup of honey
2 cups of quick oats
2 TB of ground flax seed
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1/8 tsp of iodized salt
1/4 cup of water
Instructions
- Using a standing mixer, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Form dough into 1 oz.
- portions and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
- For additional sweetness, add ½ cup dried chopped cranberries.
- Collagen powder (20g) may be substituted for ground flax seed if desired.

With the addition of dried cranberries:
